Co-founder of CoLiberate, empowering everyday New Zealanders to offer early-intervention support for mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.

Sarah is the co-founder of CoLiberate. They're building a wellness revolution, empowering Kiwis with tools and strategies to support better their mental health and wellbeing.

Sarah and the team were the one of the first organisations in Aotearoa to be accredited to deliver the mental health first aid training certificate, launched the country’s first wellbeing gym, and have delivered training and support to help improve workplace wellbeing for hundreds of businesses and organisations nationwide. This includes training more than 3,000+ people in Mental Health First Response, contributing towards over 600,000 supportive conversations that are happening collectively every single year.

Sarah was awarded The Impact Award for Wellbeing in 2020, has spoken at TEDxWellington,
has a background in theatre and drama, have featured regularly in the media, and delivered inspiring presentations and workshops nationwide.
