Laura has spoken to thousands of people here in New Zealand and abroad. She is the Director of ActionStation and has played a critical role in building and mobilising a community of more than 150,000 members that combines digital tools and people power to drive a fairer, more just and sustainable Aotearoa New Zealand.
She is also the Co-founder of RockEnrol – a volunteer-run organisation dedicated to building and activating political power for young people through grassroots community organising and popular culture.
Her work is driven by a belief in robust democracy powered by informed and connected citizens, guided by accountable leaders. I believe in putting everyday people and our precious planet first, and building a society and economy that truly serves that vision.
