Kodrean Eashae

Former refugee and Chief Executive at Voices of Aroha, passionate about building inclusive communities.

A former refugee, Kodrean is an advocate and entrepreneur who is passionate about working towards an inclusive Aotearoa New Zealand. He is member of the Kāpuia – Ministerial Advisory Group for Government; a former Advisor for Refugee Background Students at Victoria University; a Youth Advocate and he is also doing a master research on social cohesion at Victoria University of Wellington. Kodrean was selected as one of the 100 Top Diverse Board-Ready Directors for 2021 by Superdiversity Institute for Law, Policy, and Business, in partnership with the Ministry for Ethnic Communities. 

Kodrean is the Founder and Chief Executive at Voices of Aroha, an inclusive platform that aims to build community and amplify the voices and perspectives of migrants and refugees on many topics. Kodrean also serves on the board of the Kiwi charity, Inspiring Stories.
