Izzy Fenwick

Business leader and environmentalist, passionate about helping organisations to become better ancestors.

With a background in psychology and business communications, and an upbringing deeply rooted in environmental sustainability, Izzy’s skills and interests sit at the intersection of human behaviour change and corporate responsibility. In 2022 she was recognised by the NZ Herald as “The Future Proofer’ on Auckland’s power list.

Izzy serves on the board of The Aotearoa Circle as an Emerging Director, is a co-chair for Auckland University’s Koitu Rangatahi Advisory Panel and is a fellow of the NEXT foundation.
In the last few years, Izzy has founded two companies, both with the purpose of driving better performance outcomes for organisations. This includes the tech company, Futureful, which uses a unique algorithm to match and triage job seekers with compatible organisations, and FENWICK, which helps organisations to become better ancestors to the next generation.

A speasoned speaker, panelist and MC, having spoken broadly in New Zealand and internationally, Izzy enjoys talking about purpose and productivity, people and behaviour change, youth and youth mental health as well as anything climate and nature-related.
