His creative leadership has played a pivotal role in the success of co-founded enterprise/social movement - Organic Mechanic, which has grown to become a leader in the health & wellness collective in Aotearoa, with it’s flagship product – OM Kombucha stocked in over bars, cafes, and stores throughout New Zealand.

Also actively involved in the Cannabis/Hemp movement, Graedon founded Hemp For Victory to educate NZ and abroad about Hemp's many different uses and applications - in particular it's positive contribution to human nutrition and environmental regeneration.

Graedon’s work is driven by the concept of kaitiakitanga and conservation of our oceans, rivers, mountains and native forests, most evident in his work as an artist creating a broad range of murals, paintings, and online graphics. He speaks regularly on harnessing the power of culturally aligned and regenerative business as a force for change for communities and environment.
